"We stayed just one night, as we were on a road trip, and were pleasantly surprised! Great hotel for the price."

"The room was clean, bed comfortable. The air condition did not work correctly and the room got hot at night. The staff member that checked us in was friendly and helpful. We did not get to eat breakfast because there was a busload of people trying to get breakfast in the small breakfast area."

"There was no staff, other than when we first checked in. We got our room, which did not look like it had been cleaned other than running a vacuum a few days prior. Then after a day or two of hiking, etc, the house keeping had not shown up, so I went to the front office to just get towels. I was greeted with a kiosk and someone presumably in another country, who said there were no employees there, and I would need to come back the following morning. The building itself could use some maintenance, since it looked like it was starting to fall apart. In general, it was not even close to what I would expect from a national chain that typically has a good reputation for customer care and cleanliness."
