"The staff were fantastice. Unfortunately we cannot rate this resort better because the pool was unusable. The large adult pool was being used by a child who pooped in it everyday. We brought it to the attention of the owner who assured us they would address it. The next day the child again pooped in the adult pool. "Wonderful! The staff can't do enough for you. The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely, the view spectacular. From Yacinta at the front desk, to Agustino, Kelvin and Alfred in the bar and restaurant, to Chef Ali and the delicious food, every one really cared for us and wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Even the groundsmen and the housekeepers had a lovely smile and ask about your day, honestly I can't speak highly enough. A great experience, wish we didnt have to leave!"
