"The front steps are in very poor repair. One of us nearly went thru one of the steps. My son didn't trust them and walked down the neighbours yard. Many light bulbs missing, doors hard to lock with front door only lockable with the deadbolt. The name seaview was nowhere to be seen as the sign clearly said'quarterdeck'. Tried to contact gail but never got a reply. "

Left with non fit for purpose oil heaters etc. After advising was left to try and get resolution through hotels.com who were blocked at any refund by the sites management.
