"Reception was extremely accommodating! I left a suitcase behind on accident and they helped me to coordinate a courier service for sending it home. The breakfast was delicious as well. The Celtic Nights is a must-see. It was a major plus to be able to just go upstairs to the hotel after the event late at night. It’s also very centrally located to local buses and the Dublin Express routes. "

"By far the nicest hotel I stayed in during my recent trip to Ireland and Scotland. I stayed at the beginning of my trip and again at the end. Two different rooms but both equally clean. Great bathrooms! Well lit. Good water pressure. Easy walk down O’Connell Street and over the river to get to Trinity College, the shops on Grafton Street, and the Temple Bar area. I opted to pay for breakfast each morning, which was a nice way to begin the day."

"Room was beautiful and spotless! The bathroom felt like being in a spa with the plump towels and dressing gown and eucalyptus body wash. I requested a quiet room as I am staying for work and the team kindly organised this and even upgraded my stay. Staff were more than happy to help with any and all requests including booking taxis etc. The hotel is gorgeous and I’d definitely stay again next time I am in Dublin. "
