"Fikk ikke info på forhånd med kode for å komme inn hoveddøren eller rommet. Nummeret for å komme i kontakt med «resepsjon» fungerte ikke/fikk ikke svar. Ringte tilbake 20 minutter senere fra et helt annet nummer. Vanskelig å få tak i hva koden var fra den som snakket. Rommet var ok, men der var iskaldt!
