"Unfortunately the quality of the breakfast was very poor….not much food (1 yogurt, a couple of bagels, no fruit, nothing hot) supplies were not stocked (no reg sugar) and the chairs were still up in the tables Disappointing for sure "

"This is usually our go to hotel when traveling back from Florida to Ohio, well this year, I was never more disappointed. "Room was filthy no security on door was broken off just a dump. I would be embarrassed to own this place and actually rent a room out. I don’t need your breakfast with the roaches running around. I just wanna clean room that’s secure and safe. This is a meth hotel at best. "

"Under significant renovation, pool closed and construction dust and debris all over the breakfast area, unhealthy and unsanitary. We paid extra for the pool which has obviously been closed for a while. We also picked a hotel that offered breakfast which we couldn’t risk eating. Man at the front desk could care less and told us if we had any problems with the pool closed to call Expedia. This hotel should not be offered on Expedia."

"The fitness room was closed because of construction. I believe that should’ve been disclosed in your option page when booking a room. It’s a very least there should be a discount rate because of the construction and the fact that the fitness room was unavailable to travelers. We sit in the car for over 10 hours and traffic and stress, and we look forward to coming and relieving some of that stress in the fitness room of a hotel. When it’s closed, it’s a negative effect on I us as travelers."

"Second time staying at this hotel while traveling from Canada to Georgia and would stay here again on our next trip down south. Seamless check-in, comfortable bed, clean room and convenient location off I-81. Basic but adequate breakfast fare for a quick bite before hitting the road."

"Swift the breakfast manager was wonderful. Very friendly,helpful, cheerful and great selection for breakfast. Audrey at the front desk was so kind and helpful as was the first young man that checked us in. We will be back when in treatment at atrium health. The best doctors in the world 😊 "
