Great service overall. The only drawback was having to have cash only as the deposit even if the room is pre-paid. Fortunately, they do have an ATM in the lobby.

We have been staying there for years for work in the area i booked through expedia the first night was fine we stayed another night the new manager charged us $150 security deposit with out notice we wasn't charged the first night or any other time we stayed there i wont be doing anymore buisness with them and i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there in the future that is bad buisness to charge $150 bucks for a deposit and by the way i haven't received my money back yet and when i called i was told to call my bank which i already had done prior to me calling them I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE

Thank you for your comments on your recent visit to the Baymont Inn Easley. We are sorry that the deposit that is clearly listed online when you make your reservation was taken upon check in. We did reverse the deposit upon checkout and provide receipts which you have and have admitted that you saw where the deposit was credited. Once credited through the hotel, it is up to your bank or credit card company to give it back to you which can take 3-7 business days depending on the bank or credit card company. This is why when you called the hotel the day after your rooms checked out, you had not yet received the credit from your bank. We are very sorry that your bank has not credited your account yet.

Conveniently located. Rooms need cleaned better, dusty, stained bedding. Middle of april for my stay of 4 days, 85 degrees every day but pool not open yet. Was reasonably priced.

We are sorry that our pool was not open, even with 80 degree days, the temperature still drops to the 40 and 50 at night and that is to cold for the pool to be open. There were plenty of places to walk to for food or other items. Have to say room smelled musty, which wasn't' pleasant. Also could do some painting.

Have stayed here multiple years when the Train show is in town and they are very friendly and accommodating . Room was ready clean and it appears that they have made some upgrades to the decor and rooms

It appeared that the rooms had been updated since we were there three or four months ago. Great value for the price… Wi-Fi, decent breakfast is included. Walking distance to Walmart and other stores, and Rock Springs Baptist Church, which I also highly recommend. Friendly staff.

Convenient location while visiting family in the Easley area. Staff was courteous and friendly. Appreciated breakfast availability. Downsides were a lot of late night noise and not super clean or well kept with a very leaky tub faucet and big patch of plaster missing from ceiling.

People were so nice and helpful. Place is a bit older and in need of done TLC but it was priced accordingly. The only complaint was that it smelled like smoke in the non smoking room. Aside from that, would stay there again.

The biggest disappointment of the room was the musty mildewy smell from the air conditioner. We booked through hotels.com so I don't know if it was unique to that room. We only stayed one night or it would have been an issue. It didn't feel like a nice hotel but it served the purpose of not spoiling my teenagers. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful in finding a hairdryer to replace the broken one in the room. Kudos to her!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Sausage and eggs were part of the continental breakfast, making for a pleasant surprise.
The property is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping.
Very efficient check-in, friendly but professional clerk. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast had a very nice variety.

Free breakfast, which is pretty good. Food and coffee just needs to be heated up a little more. Very friendly staff. I really like the fact that the rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beds are comfortable… Good value for the money. No complaints really
Bathroom was dirty, and noticed on last day, what I thought was dust particles in sink were tiny bugs 5-15 (likely baby roaches). Staff were excellent but I would not stay here again.

I didn’t like that there was no elevator and the pool had a foot of moldy water. I believe they are remodeling though and I’m sure that is in the plan. Parking lot needs repaving. Those were the negatives. Otherwise the room was fine it had everything I needed, the bathroom could use some remodeling. And also no guide on the tv makes it hard to figure out what to watch
A nice cheap stay. Getting what you sign up for, the basic room for a short stay. The drive to Clemson wasn't bad either!

Where do i begin. First room when walking in had immediate smell of mildew. Bath towels had hair in them. Linen on bed was not cleaned . Television nor phone operated. Door had to be latched to close. Moved to room down walkway which was not better. Had no way of really getting another room due to how late it was and being from out of town, force to sleep for a few hours and leave. We were right at pool. Water was partially drained in pool so bugs were everywhere. Breakfast was lacking. Did not even eat as there were gentlemen in there sitting that were not even guess at the few tables that were actually there and would not move for me and wife to eat.

We do apologize that there were other guests in our breakfast room at the time as there is limited space. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Good location for that.
30 minutes to parked in Tiger Town.
Also close to shopping & restaurants in Easley.
Not luxurious but nice comfortable beds.
Clean shower.
Good TV.
Plenty of parking in very well lighted lot.
Felt very safe.
Only "complaints" would be...
AC seemed to stall during the night for a little while. Got hot. Though we had it set on 69 degrees.
And drink and snack machines would only take quarters.

This was our second visit. The first visit was not so great because the non-smoking room smelled like it DEFINITELY had years of heavy smoking in it. But we hoped that wouldn’t happen again this time and we were VERY happily surprised with ZERO smoke odor at all. I guess the lesson learned is to ask for a different room if you happen to get assigned to one that isn’t quite smoke free. I know it is hard in older places to get rid of that smell!
