"Definitely a decent stay with a large room. However it showed a lot of wear, the carpet and sofa were very dirty. We slept fine. Not an amazing hotel but did the job"

"we got a room with a king bed and a sofa. We go to the checking and they assigned us a room in the floor 4th. When we access the room the sofa was missing. We called from the room and we ended going back to the front desk for a solution. Finally we got a room in floor 2 with a king bed and a sofa. we acces the room and when we opened the sofa , the mattress was dirty, with food leftovers on it and no sheets to make the bed. The entire room had a funny smell, not super if was previous a smoke...

"Check in took 25 minutes. Our shower did not work the night we arrived and maintenance could not fix it. They brought a bucket with a pitcher to our room so we could pour water over our heads while standing in the shower. We were told when we woke up we could come to the front desk and get a new room for our second night however at 7 o’clock in the morning we were awoken by a loud banging noise. "I was given a handicapped room, which would have been ok generally but - the bathroom floor, with built in drain looked moldy and poorly cared for and the bathroom fan was hanging off the ceiling. But the kicker was that the shower did not get hot - at all. I was able to switch rooms, and I appreciated the staff making the change. But then I was told the entire work out room was “out of order” so that amenity was not available. The new room was adequate, but very dated. I will not stay here...

"We had our teenagers with us and 2 rooms. Housekeeping barged in on us, knocking and opening our room at 8:30 am after being out late at a concert, checkout is at noon and they woke us up! Bathroom was very dirty, dark hair everywhere and toilet was gross. Bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work. "I wouldn't waste money on this property ever again! The website shows a heated indoor pool, a hot tub, and a furnished patio area. NONE of those were there! But the website won't let me share pictures. The building was incredibly hot, no A/C in the hallways, rooms smelled terrible, and the room a/c was incapable of cooling it down. If I could ask for a full refund I would!! With my daughter on a travel soccer team..We've stayed alot of places. This was by far the worst place I've stayed...
