"It’s funny, the hotel is old. Was undergoing some renovations, some things in our room were showing their age… but the hotel was still excellent. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. Great bed. Awesome water pressure in the shower. Beautiful view of the mountains and sunset from our balcony. I really loved this hotel. Also it’s right in the heart of Vail Village which was wonderful. Even with a little wear and tear… the property and staff still had a fancy / special / high level of service vibe. Great stay!"

"It’s a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel. The entire staff is friendly, happy and helpful. The concierges, Mark and Steve, are exceptional. They were helpful before our arrival and enjoyable and informative during our stay… very nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Umbrellas were available during those rainy moments…greatly appreciated. We will be back!!!"
