"I think the only thing that was lacking was dietary options in the breakfast. Gluten allergies are very hard on the body. Having some gluten-free options that are clearly marked and individually wrapped, give accessibility options. They could be made available upon request if some items require refrigeration or freezing."

"We had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa, the room was prepaid. When we arrived we were told they only had a queen room even though we had RESERVED and prepaid. We were very disappointed! They did offer a free breakfast at the buffet and a drink from the bar. We were unable to use either. When they refreshed the towels the net day, they also refilled the coffee, but not the cups. I will tell you the hair dryer was very sticky and head all kinds of black hair on it. I did wipe it down with a baby, wipe I had with us. To the amenities we aren’t we weren’t happy with were the food was not even subpar and the swimming pool we were able to use it one day but the last day we were there it was closed and there was no reason given so that was a disappointment. "Decent place if you need to stay on east side. Stayed a few times over the years here. I like the gym and connecting free laundry room. Being a tide pod in a ziplock and then do laundry what you workout. Will stay at again."

"It wasn't my best stay. Property conditions outside were horrific. Inside the rooms was solid. But clearly needed some work. I didn't feel safe all night."
