"What a lovely experience. Fairway Guesthouse was sublimely superb. As a location with an absolutely stunning view of the golf course overlooking the sea and Durban cityscapes, as well as the absolutely wonderful friendly service, that simply made us feel home away from home. The continental breakfasts were yummy and different - croissants with scrambled eggs and bacon and we even got home made flapjacks!!! Our suites were so luxurious and well appointed, with secure garden parking that our...

"Our room was nice. It was a good size. The bathroom and shower were large and there was good water pressure. There is a nice little pool, but the weather was a bit cold to enjoy it. On the last day of our stay, we were informed that there was no breakfast. Not sure why. The location was in a very nice...

Dirty, with mould and dust. Nothing wrong with bedding from Sheet Street, but at the prices per night, not worth it. The pillows are mere suggestions of a pillow, thin as anything. Cockroaches when the sun goes down. One curtain where two is definitely needed, and worn with some holes. I get...
