"I didnโt know how to rate the staff because there isnโt any staff. The business model involves remote access to the proprietors and having other things be self-service. This didnโt really bother me for the most part. The first day, I was able to reach out about a question and I got prompt responses. They even had the correct amount of linens and towels which is not something most hotels get right for a party of 6! Beds were super comfy. Water pressure wasnโt great but did the job. The listing did mention laundry facilities and when I asked the proprietors about it, they said they donโt have any. I was offered a discount, which I appreciated. It did take 1.5 days to get a response back once the discount was offered after several nudges. Iโm happy to say the $20 discount was eventually applied."
