"The lady that met us open check in was very friendly & welcoming . She showed us to our room and said anything we need to just ask . Comfortable room everything you need my only one criticism could do with a mini fridge to put water etc in . Shower was great . Very nice stay would definitely come again "

"Stayed for three nights over Xmas. The walk from the pub to the accommodation was across a muddy unpaved carpark. Access to the room was via a combination door lock and privacy in the room afforded by blinds at the door ,room windows. Unfortunately there was no internal lock on the door and gaps in the blinds afforded a view into the room from outside. The room was cold on arrival and took hours to warm up. "The Hotel/Pub is very clean and has a reasonably extensive food and drinks menu. My room (9) was a little small but as a single occupant, it was very adequate. It had a kettle and all the condiments, including some biscuits. A water jug was also supplied. The staff were very attentive and professional. A quick shout to Amelia who went out of her way to provide perfect customer satisfaction. I have stayed before and will definitely stay again."
