"Excellent staff and beautiful Hotel. Housekeeping made sure our room was fresh and clean, no complaints at all with the layout of room. My only complaint that costed my husband and I bad back pain was the Fred Flinstone Bedrock King sized concrete bed that we slept on. It was by far the worst sleeping experience we have ever had on a bed matress, if that's what you would call it. I almost feel like I deserve a discount for the therapy I will need to straighten our back issues. The sofa sleeping area provided for our son left his back in dire straights as well. Nothing but cheap box springs. The next morning was relatively better. We enjoyed the Excellent breakfast we ordered. My husband did not care for the roasted potatoes that he complained of being undercooked but I thought the roasted potatoes were prepared perfectly. The eggs and sausage were plenty and delicious. My only complaint was that biscuits were not available for order and I would have preferred to enjoy the large breakfast bar but understandable that it was not available since there were not enough people present in the Hotel for them to open the bar. All in all if you have no back issues or don't mind sleeping on a hard matress, or starring at an empty breakfast bar then I would say please make a stay at this Hotel because the surrounding walking area and places to visit makes it well worth the stay including the friendly staff, the housekeeping, the food, as well as other appreciated features."
"The resort was clean and quiet, which my family enjoyed since it wasn’t very busy. The condos are a little outdated and could use upgrades, so if you’re looking for luxury accommodations this may not be the best option. Also keep in mind that most amenities come with an extra cost very little is included besides the pool.
We were given rec center passes, only to find out upon arrival that the arcade games still required additional payment. The restaurants were mediocre, and there aren’t many coffee options on-site. I ended up driving off the resort for coffee before realizing the market sells a small selection with a limited menu. The only other coffee shop was inside the water park, which you cannot access without purchasing water park tickets.
We didn’t do many resort activities because most extras were overpriced. Instead, we chose to spend time at the mall and a spa off the property. Booking information for the spa on the website was unclear, especially regarding pricing.
This was supposed to be a relaxing Mother’s Day getaway for my family. Unfortunately, the timeshare tour offered on our checkout date was not a pleasant experience. Had we known beforehand that this was a timeshare resort, we likely would have booked elsewhere and skipped the tour entirely. Once we declined purchasing a timeshare, the sales staff became noticeably rude.
That being said, the general resort staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay."
