"Amazing, helpful and friendly staff, unfortunately let down by the hotel itself. Bathrooms need updating, the sealant and shower floors were all yellow, while the cleaners have done their best, it needs a whole freshen up. Just didn't feel clean after using the bathrooms. Rooms were comfortable enough, but again could do with a freshen. Location is just outside the tourist areas, easy to park too. The restaurant menu could be a bit bigger too if I was being super critical, but the food itself was cooked well."

"Very nice hotel but … keep in mind that bathroom is tiny!! If you are a big person maybe reconsider this option. Also is a little far from city center so will need taxi/uber to move around. Other than that it was very clean and a nice stay. They have a microwave in lobby just in case. Staff was friendly!"

The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station which made travel to the airport and other sites (Haarlem, Zaans Schans, Amsterdam Central) very easy! The staff at the hotel were wonderful and always happy and pleasant. The breakfast was really good with great variety and options.
