The worst experience ever at a hotel!!!

Bloody shocking. It took 3hrs to checkin from arriving to getting my room. Plus I had a guaranteed booking of a superior room and the hotel did not have one. Not happy and expect compensation from you.

Good for short stays, lacking drinks facilities in

Nice clean hotel, ideal for short stays. Lack of kettle, drink facilities in the room a big negative as this is expected as a standard in hotels these days. Comfortable beds clean room but nowhere to put clothing except for a small rail on wall. Overall nice environment would use again.

I love that thd property is close to the airport and not too far from Old town dusseldorf. Presently, thats no gym. But we were tokd that it will be established soon. There is no business center and the parking cost over 15 euros per day. Which i found a little high considering i was stayi g in the hotel. Regardless, I will stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay while visiting Dusseldorf Christmas markets, good transport links. The only improvement we could reccomend was hot drink facilities in the room would’ve made it a 5* review

Ett mycket bra hotell. Rent, snyggt, fina rum. Avstår man städning på rummet får man en gratis drink i hotellets bar. Ca 10 min från flygplatsen.

Es war sehr ruhig im Zimmer war es sehr schön eingerichtet sauber man konnte mit den Straßen Bahn sehr gut überall hin kommen Supermarkt in der Nähe also hat mir gefallen das Personal war sehr höflich und sehr preiswert

10 min lopen naar de tramhalte. Voor de rest was alles heel goed zeker voor de prijs, alleen was de kamer te warm voor mij 20 graden was het koudst en dat is overdag niet erg maar ‘snachts was dat te warm en het werd niet kouder ook al deden we -5 graden en de hoogste blaasstand.

Inside of the hotel was good looking and good service, also a very nice room. Only the location we found a bit weird looking, but the hotel itself was good.

Schönes Hotel, abseits gelegen, ruhige Lage

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, aber die Lage ist nicht ideal. Es dauert zu lange, um öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, um frische Luft ins Zimmer zu bekommen. Im Zimmer gibt es nur Klimaanlage.

Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichst Du unser Hotel vom Hauptbahnhof aus in ca. 20 Minuten. Die Fenster können auflagenbedingt leider nicht geöffnet werden, jedoch hat unsere Klimaanlage eine permanente Frischluftzufuhr.
