Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Berolina Haus (Dusseldorf) war schrecklich. Das Zimmer war klein, das Badezimmer war sehr eng, es war verstopft und das Wasser floss nicht ab. Außerdem war die Toilette locker. Das Personal war sehr unaufmerksam. Nach einer unangenehmen Erfahrung beim Check-in musste ich das Hotel verlassen und in eine andere Unterkunft gehen. Das Schlimmste war, dass sie mir das Geld für den Aufenthalt nicht zurückerstatten wollten.

Die Zimmer waren halbwegs sauber, es standen sogar Blumen auf dem Schreibtisch. Aber im Bad waren fast alle Bodenfliesen gerissen, Türschlösser waren mehr oder weniger notdürftig zusammengeschraubt, teilweise waren die Türen und Wände beschädigt (als wenn jemand rein getreten oder reingeboxt hätte). Die Rezeptionistin war Mega nett, aber noch mal würden wir nicht hingehen.

In der Nähe sind Supermärkte und kleinere Geschäfte. Für mich nur eine günstige Möglichkeit gewesen, mal in der Nähe zur Arbeit zu übernachten, wenn es ein Zimmer für weniger als 50€ gab. Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung spartanisch und billig. Sicher wird versucht, es nett zu machen, aber es nützt nicht, wenn das Blumenwasser schon bräunlich wird. Überall an den Wänden und Möbeln sind Macken und schmutzige Flecken. Jedes Zimmer, das ich hatte, hatte andere Probleme. In einem ging die Heizung nicht, in dem anderen ging sie nicht aus. Bei einem hatte ich das Fenster fast in der Hand und musste herausfinden, wie ich es schaffe, dass es zu bleibt. Die Betten sind viel zu weich. Es ist zur Straße hin sehr laut, zusätzlich fahren die Bahnen

Das nette Personal und die gute Erreichbarkeit mit der S-Bahn zum Flughafen waren leider das einzig Positive an dieser Unterkunft. Ich habe bei den Bewertungen und dem Preis nicht viel erwartet, aber Leute!!! Klebrige Flecken auf dem "Nachttisch", Müll neben dem Mülleimer, völlig verstaubte Heizkörper und eine Steckerleiste bei der man vor lauter Staub die Farbe nicht erkennen kann? Nein, wirklich nicht in Ordnung! Am schlimmsten war jedoch der Geruch, es roch nach Keller und Schimmel, aus dem Grund war wahrscheinlich auch das Fenster bei meiner Ankunft trotz kalter Temperaturen geöffnet. Aufs Duschen habe ich verzichtet, niemals hätte ich den Duschvorhang berühren können. Es war wirklich kein schöner Aufenthalt.

We were in the room for only ten minutes. The sent was choking my wife, she had to go outside for fresh air. We couldn’t stay there. They would not refund any money. We ended up across town at the Niu Hotel which not far from the main train station. It was about the same cost and it was beautiful.

Really good for 1 night stay next to Düsseldorf Zoo HB easy to get to the Airport in matter of minutes and Central Station the same. The best thing 24/7 self check in.

Nach einem freundlichen Empfang sind wir mit eine Flasche Wasser auf das Zimmer gegangen. Hier zeigte sich ein sehr verlebtes Zimmer. Mit mangelnden Sichtschutz und Schlafschutz am Fenster. Einem Wasserkocher ohne Taschen Gläser. Eine sehr weiche Matratze und ein abgenutzter Schrank. Das Zimmer war nicht zu Straße allerdings waren die Geräusche von Mitbewohnern stark zu hören. Die Zimmertür schloss nicht richtig und die Schiebetür im Bad war sehr schwer gängig. Leider wurde unser Zimmer trotz zwei Nächte nicht gereinigt und auch keine neuen Handtücher gestellt. Das Hotel wirkte verweist nachts wurde die Haupttür nicht richtig geschlossen bzw. Geöffnet vor gefunden. Außer der Lage und Preis eine Nicht gute Erfahrung.
