The hotel was close to the main station which was very convenient and it had good facilities. For a business traveller it provided a comfotable stay. Overall would definitely come again. The only downside I had was that the TV had a screen mirroring function but I couldn't get it to work because the TV could not connect to the hotel WIFI - however, the stay was still excelllent

The location of the hotel is good, within 5~10 minutes, one can reach the city centre and all the shops. The breakfast at the hotel is fabulous, way beyond expectation. One of the front desk staff whom we asked if our second room is ready at around 2:35 pm, he replied quite impolitely that check in time is at 3pm. But we were told by another lady at the reception that our second room should be ready in half an hour after we checked in the first room at 1:50. Anyway, only this guy is not friendly, the other two front desk staff are absolutely fine.

Wir hatten uns für die maisonette suite entschieden,weil mir ein Balkon sehr wichtig ist. Die Enttäuschung war groß als ich keinen vorfand. Aber trotzdem habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss ist jetzt bei der Hitze eine Qual. Die Einrichtung hat mir besonders gefallen. Wirklich sehr geräumige und schön Gestaltete räume. Und was ganz wichtig is,ein großes Lob an das Reinigungs Personal.wirklich sehr sauber!!! Das Frühstücksbüffet ist auch völlig in Ordnung. Es is alles da was man braucht. Gerne wieder ....

Good property in a central, quiet location of Düsseldorf. Kö and Altstadt nearby. Spacious rooms, good for longer stays. Please be aware that our room on the 5th floor had a lot of steps (outside the room and inside) which wasn’t properly communicated by the hotel. This wasn’t an issue for us but some people might find it difficult.

Ruime kamer met balkon, schoon en prima ligging

Zeer ruime kamer met aparte woonkamer, keukenblok en eethoek, onze kamer had 2 balkons, alles erg schoon en in goede staat.. Nette badkamer. Fijne bedden. In de slaapkamer was airconditioning aanwezig. Ligging van het hotel is prima, veel winkels, eetgelegenheden en sightseeing op loopafstand. Ook openbaar vervoer dichtbij. Wij verbleven er 3 nachten. (Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt.).

Store åbne værelser og god beliggenhed

Værelset var en lejlighed med køkken, spisebord og sofa i et stort rum, og soveværelse med tilhørende badeværelse. Der var en lækker altan med udgang både fra stue og soveværelse. U-bahn er tæt på hotellet, men man kan også gå til centrum. Det tog 10 min at gå fra Düsseldorf hbf, hvor jeg kom til med tog fra lufthavnen. Check-in og check-ud forløb uden problemer og der var mulighed for at komme ind og ud af hotellet hele døgnet.

Nice spot, just needs soundproofing!

Very clean hotel on an extremely quiet street - was lovely to hear the birdsong in the backyard whilst sat on the balcony. The only issues I had is 1) the lack of soundproofing - we were woken up two nights in a row by drunk guests and 2) the water pressure in the shower is very low and also kept going freezing cold.

Wunderschöne, große Zimmer. Tolles Design. Die Umgebung ist nicht so der Knaller, aber ich habe mich dennoch hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
