My family and I spent 8day/7night in a suite in July. We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago to visit our family and liked the hotel's location, amenities, gym, pool, and shops nearby. So we rebooked Adina in March for our visit in July. But this time, we were told upon arrival that the pool has been closed due to maintenance for 3 months. We paid extra 400€ for no pool, ~€1400 in total. Such a bummer but what can u do. Problem is our entire stay has no cleaning after we requested twice via text message and front desk. The shower and sink drainage was barely working on the first day. We asked front desk to fix but nobody stopped by till we left. The shower floor was very dirty (sticky and slimy). It was disgusting. There were no change/refill of towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, and trash pick up in this 8 days. We had to go downstairs to throw away our trash and only got clean towels and one toilet roll from front desk. The cleaning lady only knocked on our door on Day7, 4pm. What's the point of cleaning less than 24h before we check-out. During our stay, there were renovation upstairs...we heard drilling for an hour at 4 pm and 8+ am. It was definitely not a pleasant stay. We complained to the front desk about the hygiene and cleaning. They admitted to hardly find cleaning people to do their jobs. This shouldn't be an excuse for a hotel. Poor management!!! We have filed a complaint to their manager and are still waiting for their reply. We won't return or recommend Adina.
