"Cleanliness was a real issue. Disgusting false eyelash stuck on the quilt. Carpet and window sills not clean. No staff or reception when corporate card didn’t work. No facilities beyond room."

"Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable."

Zimmer (unter der Dachschräge) sehr sauber und gut mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Wegen der Dachschräge ist die Kopfhaltung nicht immer optimal, aber für einige wenige Übernachtungsnächte erträglich. Zimmerservice hatten wir keinen, aber vielleicht ist das übers Wochenende normal. "Meine Registrierung für 2 Zimmer wurde nicht an das Hotel Weitergeleitet erst nach über 1ner Stunde rumtelefonieren haben wir 2 andere Zimmer bekommen. KATASTROPHE, das überlege ich mir das nächste mal bei Hotels.com zu buchen"
