I should booked the hotel!
The resort is well situated and beautiful in the countryside. The hotel is separate from the chalets or houses. They do not provide you with towels, bath mats and toiletries. We were not aware of this. The house has two floors but the toilet is on the first floor and the bathroom is on the second floor. Although there is heating throughout the house, it was not on when we checked in late in the night in the middle of winter. We froze that night. The staff came in the morning and put the heating on. No cleaning material’s like dishwasher detergent and soap is provided. This is a lovely camping experience if you are into that.

No towels!!! Staff are terrible........avoid!!!!
Arrived during an f1 weekend. Checked into our house and no towels where visable. Returned to the front desk and interrupted to mid sentence to be told that towels are not included and ‘it’s normal’. After checking my booking returned once again to the front desk to state no such terms in booking, told ‘we have told hotels.com and it will cost you €5 per person’ The money I don’t mind had it stated (which it doesn’t on the app) the attitude of the staff it terrible. To charge for towels is nothing short of a rip off during what must be there most profitable weekend of the year. Avoid and camp!!!!

Niet met kinderen gaan
Wij hebben met 2 gezinnen, met jonge kinderen, verbleven in de huizen. Zwembadtijden, voor bezoekers van huizen, 10.00 tot 17.00 uur. Na 17.00 alleen voor hotelgasten. Ben je er, moet je zorgen dat de kinderen muisstil zwemplezier moeten beleven, want overal duidelijk aangegeven met borden en teksten (Silence, stil en quit). Het weer moet echt onder 27 graden blijven, anders moet je de airco aanzetten, maar die is er niet. De kinderen en dus wij ook zijn behoorlijk teleurgesteld ivm de accomodatie die amper geschikt voor jonge kinderen.

Leuk gelegen, goed voorzieningenniveau, basishuur betaalbaar en flexibel aantal dagen te huren. Leuke toeristische omgeving, o.a. kayakken en restaurantjes.

Erg leuk hotel; prima geschikt om met kinderen naar toe te gaan. Mooie omgeving en leuke bezienswaardigheden.

Leuke vakantie gehad in een huisje, voorzien van alle comfort. Zwembad en welness zijn in orde. Als vakantie huis, zeer dicht bij de delhaize, op wandelafstand. Wandelplad naar Durbuy is om de hoek. Aangenaam en hulpvaardig personeel! Komen er nog eens.

Vacation house
Rented a nice House for 5 days :) House was clean and has a good location. Wellness area was good. Would be nice if there was an aircon or ventilator in The House because it was difficult to sleep at Night when its warm.

Séjour en famille avec un nourrisson à éviter, l'endroit est bien mais vraiment trop calme pour y aller avec un bébé.
