"When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there."

"Room was clean but had a stuffy, moldy stinch. We had to adjust the AC for us to withstand the smell, therefore we were freezing throughout the night. Bed pillows are too small and soft...we woke up with headaches each morning."

"I have stayed at this location plenty of times, this visit when I arrived the check in was fine, but the employee did not greet, communicate, or show appreciation. The room was not clean well, the furniture was dusty, the tv did not work, and there was no body soap in the shower. The elevator would bounce up and down when you stepped in, and there were a few really noisy air conditioner units. The breakfast was good. Based on my experience, next time I will stay at different as I like this...

"The beds were OK. The facility is fairly new about a year and a half old, but it is extremely dirty. It was short on washcloths so they suggested using a hand towel which was OK coming in one evening. I turned the corner and there’s a big old dog there that that got away scared me to guess cause I thought I was gonna have to shoot the dog and then that would’ve been a big mess"
