"Due to a 12 hour delay at Gatwick we were unable to utilise the booking we had made in January to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday. I called the hotel as soon as I was made aware we couldn’t get there and the were most understanding and compassionate of our situation- they agreed to refund our 3 rooms in full (unlike the other hotel we had booked who refused) Our party will be returning and will 100% stay at this hotel"

The mural in the pool area was fabulous. Breakfast each morning was excellent with so much choice. We couldn't fault any of it. It was well located and we walked into Killarney one evening as it's about a 20 min stroll which was lovely."
