Perfect as a base

Well having read previous comments we were a little dubious as to what we may find but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and quiet. There was a lot of sand in the appartement on arrival but a quick sweep through sorted that. Check in was easy. We did pay for the parking as the roads did appear busy but that was also easy and very reasonable. It isn't 5 star but we didn’t expect or pay for that. As a comparison it's a bit like butlins small but functional kitchenette, small beds and the bathroom was fine with bath and a good overhead shower . Local restaurants and beach all within a very short walk. We also walked 5 mins to a little carrefour supper Market for bread and essentials. We ate out so didn’t really use anything in the kitchen but looked like you'd have everything needed for 4. Would definitely stay again. Staff spoke good English, better than my french and check in was straight forward. Did expect us to clean before leaving when we had paid for a clean but doesn't take 5 mins to sweep and strip beds tbf

Great for access to the beach and local bakery and supermarket in 5 minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment merry our needs (nice touch was a park with 3 dishwasher tabs and there were washing & drying up courts). A couple of minor breakages etc needed attention, lamp not working, but the apartment was in good order and I would happily book again.

This is excellent place to stay, clean spacious and well equipped. Only issue is arrive after 6pm, you are directed to the main site of four in the town. It has no staff and after messing around finally called for help, to advise the correct site. Simply advise which site on communication with the necessary access codes. Otherwise perfect.

L'appartement pourrais être légèrement rénové. Au niveau du sol en particulier. Le frigo de l'appartement se ferme mal => givre. Les différentes portes grinçait ce qui est genant durant le nuit quand quelqu'un se leve. Pour ma part le matelas de la chambre 2 était trop mou mais c'est une question de gout. Cela mis à part, pour 2 nuits le confort est suffisant.

Bien pour un court séjour

Pour un weekend ou plus. Toutes commodités. Vaiselles completes. Chambre un petit peu petite (tourner autour du lit est aussi compliqué que dans une caravane). Nous avions un appartement avec 2 chambres de 2 personnes (2lits simples =>+- 1.40m). Garde-robe et rangement chambre pas facile d'accès. Mériterait un coup de rafraichissement mais ds cette état là suite a manque de respect... Eclairage de le pièce salle a mangé-salon un peu juste (pour un mois d'octobre).Des détails tous ça. Seul véritable inconvenient, les toilettes ds la salle de bain lorsque l'on est 2 couples...

L'appartement est fonctionnel. Il est défraîchi. Quand on prend sa douche on met plein d'eau à terre, il manque un joins au panneau de protection. Le lit n'était pas confortable, deux petits matelas et un sur matelas, on glissait au milieu du lit, un lit de 140cm trop petite pour 2 adultes. Sinon l'emplacement est une rue à côté de la digue

Keuken en badkamer waren mooi schoon en netjes, net als de kamers. Op 5 min loopafstand van het strand. Het was wel jammer dat de kamer van de kinderen geen deur had, maar een opening met de woonkamer, waardoor we niet rustig even wat konden drinken toen de kids op bed lagen.

Moyen pour un 3 étoiles

Nous avions 2 chambres. La literie du lit 2 personnes était très bien, celle du lit superposé aussi, mais des lattes du lit superposé bougeait. C'est limite pour des ados (mes enfants ont 12 et 13 ans). Il faut avoir plus de 6 ans pour le lit du haut car la barrière de sécurité n'est qu'au milieu du lit. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, poêle et casserole... la salle de bains sent l'humidité. Quelques finitions peinture ne serait pas du luxe. Insonorisation zéro ! On entend tout, dehors, les appartements autour et le couloir. L'ascenseur également... peinture écaillée. Nous avons eu droit à la maintenance de l'ascenseur le jour de notre départ, donc nous avons dû descendre les valises et les sacs par l'escalier (sale). Sachant que les départs se font avant 10h, pourquoi ne pas avoir attendu pour faire la maintenance après?

Accueil à revoir....

Accueil ouvert entre 15h et 17h, arrivé à 16h. La personne était pressée de partir. Donc ne m'a pas expliqué où été mon appartement, j'ai cherché pendant plus de 10mn en passant par les sous sol, et ne m'a pas expliqué le fonctionnement de la porte d'entrée . Donc impossible de ressortir sans risquer d'être enfermé dehors. Étant commerciale, je n'ai pus me rendre dans mes points de vente. Heureusement que j'avais qqs chose à manger, autrement je n'aurai pas pu faire de courses pour moi le soir. Dommage car l'appartement est très bien, clair, spacieux et bien équipé. J'ai failli passé un bon moment.

Quelques petits problèmes mais sans incidence

Sejour agréable dans un lieu correct. Premier contact sur place particulier car contrairement au mail recu une personne s ocuppe de notre check in. Dans notre chambre un peu de rafraîchissement pourrait etre agréable. Plusieurs zones de murs sont un peu abîmés. Une planche sur le mur derrières les chaises de la table pourrait aider. Un degat des eaux a abîmé une partie du parquet mais cela n a aucune incidence sur le sejour. Lits confortables. Bien insonorisé.
