"We had such a relaxing evening and womderful morning because of the wonderful view and quietness. Staff was very friendly. The room seemed clean, the only issue was the toilet rim, it seems that bleach isn’t used on it. Overall, what a very nice place. "

"Hotel is sufficient. It is clean and relatively inexpensive. They aren’t kidding that it is quiet. The gym leaves a lot to be desired. Additionally, the staff member setting and cleaning up the breakfast doesn’t wear gloves when handling all of the bread/bagel items. We will choose a different hotel for our next trip. "

"The staff was very friendly! My room the bedroom caroets need to actually be vacuumed and cleaned. It looked like someone puked on the floor. The bathroom faucet and bathtub leak water. The towel holder needs to be tightened on the wall. That room specifically needs a deeper clean. I do realize the cleaners do their best and have a limited time. This room needs a little more attention "

"I arrived at approximately 7:15 pm and no one was there to check me in. I called two numbers and no one answered. Finally, someone answered one of my texts. The room indicated in the text was not ready when I stepped into it at 7:30 pm. A housekeeper showed then and started cleaning. It took about 15-20 minutes. The room itself is spacious – akin to a smaller one-bedroom apartment – but in a horrible condition (grease on the ceiling in the kitchen area, handles missing from the cabinets, extremely thick layer of dust on the window blinds, etc."

"Air/heat unit didn’t work. Had to return to front desk multiple times as key card would stop working. Night Front desk staff was dismissive and acted agitated when asked questions. "

"The room ac kept turning on and off every few minutes and didn't cool the room down. There is a main road right next to the hotel and an interstate highway just beyond that and our room faced them. I'm a lite sleeper and the noise from traffic kept me up most of the night. The fire alarm for the entire building went off around 3am and we evacuated the building and it took about 45 minutes before we could go back to our rooms. The place is not fancy, but the room and beds were clean. The common areas of the hotel, such as hallways, elevator and entry carpeting needs some cleaning and updating. The breakfast is not bad, but the breakfast area is real small and there is not enough room for everyone. No one was at the front desk the entire time we were there, instead there was a phone and a note to press a button and a few minutes later someone would come to the desk. The price was good compared to other such rated hotels in the area. I think the rating for this hotel was too high. I would not stay at this hotel again; there are a lot of other hotels in the area for about $20 more per night. If the only thing that matters to you is low cost, then I would recommend this hotel, it is ok, but not good or great. "
