"While the staff was great the property is dated. Appeared clean with some updating having already been done. Parking lot needs work."

"The hotel facilities such as the pool, gym and parking are good, but I booked a three day, two night stay and was only able to stay for one night. A storm caused a power outage, and the hotel doesn’t have an emergency generator, the following morning, the water supply was also cut off due to a burst pipe on the ground floor and I didn’t get a refund or something for one day."

"This location is old but clean. It was also very quiet as there seemed to be few customers. We stayed 3 nights while enjoying the convenient location to the Indiana Dunes National Park and a lot of nice restaurant options. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a balcony overlooking a small lake with beautiful “Waterbirds”. We had no housekeeping services so no clean towels and no additional coffee pods for the in-room coffee machine. "Everything was great, and the staff was awesome. However, the elevator was VERY dirty, and the tiled walkway to the elevator was very wet. The entrance to the pool is right next to the elevator"

"Taylor at front desk was terrific from checking in to checking out. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing as well. I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. It us horrible for getting ready and putting on makeup."

"It is strictly a place to sleep, if you plan to stay here and use the gym and pool, I regret to inform you that this is not the right place, as those facilities are practically unusable. The surroundings are not very presentable, and the rooms have a bad odor."
