"The location was very quiet,and there was a better class of guest,than where I normally stay in Dundee. Ive always loved Broughty Ferry since childhood."

"This hotel had the feel of an old 1980s hotel that had been poorly maintained over the years by the owners. The room was clean but on our second morning we weren't able to have a shower because the shower didn't work. The tap water was also like an oven while the beds were like rocks. Despite promising wi-fi this too was non-existent. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok but during our stay there was always a feeling of what was going to go wrong next."

"Property had beautiful well maintained grounds and was a lovely setting. However this could be enjoyed without staying in the hotel. Hotel breakfast area and bar were lovely and food standard was fine. However room we stayed in was very small and not luxurious for the price paid. No extras and when pulling the twin beds apart the room hadn't been cleaned under the beds. Crumbs and a nut on the floor.
