"Paid for a suite and it was in fairly poor condition. Portions of the ceiling were cracked and looked like they could fall in. The footrest in the shower had also broken and was hanging. There was also pink mold in both the shower and the mini fridge."

"Check in was a bit chaotic there was an event going on in the event room so there were a lot of people right in the main area. The staff wasn’t rude but they were dealing with some difficult people so they weren’t exactly in great moods. The hotel room was very compact, small, and cramped. The beds and pillows were very comfortable we slept well. I wasn’t a fan of my barely lukewarm shower in the morning. Having a restaurant attached is handy we didn’t eat there but convenient it was there. "

"The staff is really nice, and the room are really clean the breakfast was freash when we went to get something to eat. And the dinning area was nice and clean."

"We only stayed 1 night. Our room had ink stained sheets. The toilet in the bathroom had broken bolts, so entire toilet moved. The staff member we told seemed to not think the broken toilet was a large concern. The bathroom only had about 1/4 roll of toilet paper left and no additional roll in the room. No elevator in this hotel (3 floors). Be mindful of that..we had heavy luggage and did not know."

"This establishment needs to be torn down and condemned! This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Not only was it absolutely filthy in my room, but the bed was sunken in and broken as well. Years of filth accumulated that has not been cleaned off of the walls along with carpet stains from God knows what. There are no amenities at this hotel. They have a huge bar, but it hasn’t been in service since 2017 was what I was told. I felt very unsafe at during my stay here. There are many transient people walking in and out of the hotel camping in the lobby while the staff just allows it. All day and night people are filtering through the hotel with trash bags full of stuff because they are utilizing it for free to sleep in the lobby. I saw a few drug deals go down in the parking lot and people loitering outside smoking and yelling at night both inside and outside of the hotel. Couldn’t sleep at all with all of this going on. Door locks didn’t work on the door so I pushed a chair up against the handle! Checked out early due to all of this. Property owner/management should be ashamed. Put some time and care into your establishment and put your guests first instead of the homeless and drug dealers you’re letting into this place!!"
