"This was our first time staying at Eden Bay. It was amazing! Staff and amenities were fantastic. The beach is a little rocky, but there were little pockets where the water was enjoyable. If the beach isn’t your thing, the pool offers ample space for relaxing. The food was on point; we particularly enjoyed dinner at the Steak House and at Sugar Cane. We will be back!"

"Loved the view, the pools and the beach. Bring lots of singles for tipping (it seems to be expected) and be prepared for beach hagglers. We loved the Asian restaurant the most, but they were all delicious! The grounds keepers are going all morning (we were woken by leaf blowers at 6am). Some of the shows were corny, but the Michael Jackson impersonator was good as well as the first half of the circus. Use the beach side instead of suites pool if you want to avoid the games people making you play. Overall thought things were great!"

"The resort was beautiful, clean, and fun. We traveled with our 17 and 19 year old sons, and the resort provided endless fun and relaxation for all of us. The view, pools and beach were great! Enjoyed the food at the buffet and specialty restaurants, as well as the jerk chicken for lunch at the pool/beach. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Vanessa, our housekeeper. She was exceptional and made our stay even more amazing with her kindness! Plenty to do at the resort and many things to do nearby. Loved everything about the resort and would highly recommend. Definitely plan to go back!"

"Overall, we had a great stay at Ocean Coral Springs. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offered plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout our vacation. Our absolute favorite part of the trip was the swim-up bar, thanks to Kerrol! He was by far the best bartender at the resort and truly made our vacation memorable. His friendly personality and excellent service kept us coming back every day. The pool area was a lot of fun, especially during the foam party, which was a huge hit. The pool wait staff were also fantastic—always attentive, friendly, and quick with drinks. We also enjoyed spending time at the lobby bar in the evenings. The food was mostly very good. The jerk chicken shack was phenomenal and became one of our favorite lunch spots. The Italian restaurant was another highlight, offering an excellent five-course meal with wonderful service. Unfortunately, the Red Snapper restaurant was our least favorite. The atmosphere made us feel like we were inconveniencing the staff, which took away from the dining experience. If you’re planning to enjoy the beach, be aware that it’s quite rocky, so I highly recommend bringing or wearing water shoes. The nightly entertainment was enjoyable, and bowling was a fun activity for the family. The only downside was that the nightlife was fairly limited. Most guests seemed to head to bed early, and aside from the disco—which was extremely hot inside—there wasn’t much happening after dark."

"My experience at this facility was truly exceptional—it felt as though I were on a retreat. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and utterly relaxing, making it easy to unwind. I slept soundly each night, and found myself lingering well past check-out simply because the quiet environment was so rejuvenating. I stayed here while attending a conference at the nearby Montego Bay Convention Centre, which was conveniently located. One of the highlights was the stunning ocean view from my room; it was absolutely breathtaking and added a special touch to my stay. I should mention that the staff was very knowledgeable about the offerings close by the facility. I appreciate the help they provided. Well done!"
