"Our room was large and extremely comfortable with the bonus of a sofa to sit on and a view out over the river. We were lucky enough to get a brief sunset over the river on the first night. Everywhere was furnished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. The Cornmill is right down by the shore of the Cree estuary and Garlieston is a fabulous old village with the Harbour Inn providing good food (advisable to book, though, as our landlady kindly told us).
