"We traveled with family. We had two queen sized beds and the room was relively quiet considering it was in the city near Rizal blvd. All the workers were courteous and kind. They took our laundry to be cleaned and booked taxis for us when we asked. Traveling with toddlers is difficult, but they made it easy. "

"I’m two days into a 2 week stay at this hotel, and they have managed to absolutely blow all expectations out of the water. This is as good of a hotel for the price as you will find in the entirety of the Philippines let alone Dumaguete. Staff is 10/10 kind and diligent. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Wifi is 50mb up and down and haven’t experienced a single hiccup on it which is unusual for PHP hotels. The restaurant is the unsung hero of this establishment. Their food is some of the best food I’ve tasted in dumaguete with good prices and a beautiful dinning room. The included breakfast you receive for the room isn’t your average mass produced eggs and fruit you’re going to be used to in other hotels, these are hand crafted works of art they’re serving and they have beautiful Philippines flair and flavor . The only 2 gripes to be had about this hotel is from no actual fault of the owners and staff but the location is kinda ehh not the most convenient if you like to walk places and they have this weird setup with the bathrooms where there is like a see through window between the bathroom and the bedroom, which staff remedied immediately upon request by covering the bathroom window with a curtain. This is a wonderful hotel and I strongly recommend it if you’re in the area!!"

"This hotel location was convenient for touring around the island and the room was spacious and comfortable with everything you need for your stay.The locals were friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant had excellent choice of food and drinks at a reasonable price. The free breakfast was also great. Above all the hotel staff and did a fantastic job responding to your requests, especially the restaurant staff. I would definitely return here to stay during my next trip. A gym at this hotel would have been great !"

"The advertising pictures look nice but once you are LOCKED IN and PAID for everything, you are committed. There is NO window per room. The first room smelled like urine and cigarettes and oh yeah, it just so happened that when I walked in the building, they started working on MAINTENANCE hammering on first floor. This means the loud hammering carries upstairs. But once you shut the door, since there is no window, it is not bad. They did transfer to a room that is clean and quiet but the smell of wet toilet or mold will bother your sensitive noise. Please use CLOROX to remove mold and urine odor. Rooms must be aired out. "
