Greetings Shawn, I'm sorry about your experience with the temporary hot water outage. As discussed, I personally checked the water heater several times that afternoon to ensure it was operating properly after a maintenance procedure, so I felt confident there would be no issue. Unfortunately, the heater failed to relight at some point that evening, which caused the lack of fully hot water, until it was rebooted later in the evening. I'm sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, but allow me to address some of your concerns:- Unfortunately, potholes in the exit road are on the city street, and can become more pronounced seasonally due to freeze and thaw cycles. We will reach out again to public works to address this issue.- The firepit and patio, adjacent to our lobby, is closest to the Aerial Lift Bridge, which many of our guests love to view. - Our continental breakfast consists of fresh baked goods delivered daily from a local bakery, as well as a variety of fruit juices, Duluth Coffee, a yogurt parfait bar, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, tea, and other goodies. Yes, we have been individually wrapping baked goods for the health of our guests since the pandemic.- I'm sorry to hear that you did not feel our staff was welcoming.
