"Cute hotel with a great rooftop bar. Love the proximity to the University of Arizona. The staff were very helpful and kind. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but you can valet park. The only thing I would change is, I would make the rooftop bar a full kitchen with entrées or sandwiches or both- not just snacks."

"Unfortunately, (even though we called this hotel four hours prior to our arrival to inform them we will require a late check-in and were told by the front desk that it would be no problem and that our room would be ready upon our arrival) our reservation was cancelled during check-in after our 10:30 P.M. arrival time (after a 9-hour drive) because they did not have any clean rooms available due to a shortage of housekeeping personnel. And sadly, two other (exhausted looking) couples that arrived...

"Easy parking, quick check-in, friendly staff.
The room was very clean and roomy.
The only complaint we had was the shower reeked like urine when we opened the door to shower.
I did report it and they wrote it down and stated they were reporting it and would have the room inspected.
We would come back though; everything else was perfect."
