"Comfortable although double bed a bit on the small side.Rooms would benefit from the addition of a safe and extra shelving in bathroom.Seemed a bit strange no additional guests in room after 10pm but can understand if guests are noisy and playing music,maybe been a problem in the past."

"We booked a room with a private bathroom, the room was clean and had all the basic morning needs; kettle, tea, instant coffee and sugar. The bathroom was recently updated, it was well done and served us well. We got there on a Saturday and were informed about their live band playing in the bar that night, our room was at the back so we were not disturbed by it. A nice spot to bed down on our road trip."

"The room had a balcony with a panoramic view of the Loch! We sat out there every day/night sipping wine and enjoying the beauty of the Loch and the surrounding hills. A 3 minute drive to the quaint village of Luss and the local shops and restaurant made this hotel the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spacious with easy access to the beach and the restaurant served excellent food! We definitely would stay here again!"

"Generally good. Staff excellent. EV car charging excellent. Building needs some maintenance: Room entry cards failed on a regular daily basis, third of lights in room not working, seal on shower pulling off, start of black mould around bath, only full flush working on WC. Missing piece on stair hand rail. Bar furniture arms threadbare. Only provided continential breakfast which provides little variety. Note there is no lift for upper bedroom floors."
