"Kalamota Beach House is the most relaxing place we have ever stayed at. We stayed for 2 weeks and every second was pure chillout.. With only 11 bedrooms, you get amazing service from all the staff, everyone of them eager to please.. the restruant manager and his staff are really great with a relaxed manner, but professional at the same time.. "Amazing views, and a fun cozy loft. Loved the apartment (having a mini fridge and washer/dryer was an asset). The location is perfect, right within old town and across from the Dubrovnik Cathedral, close to everything. The property is also very cool, preserving an old town feel. Note the apartment is up 4 floors of stairs (a bit slippery because worn marble, cool but just be aware). Only drawback was the property doesn’t supply toilet paper beyond a roll or two, so bring your own or buy cheaper...

Meticulously clean and maintained, with special touches, such as waters, soft drinks and snacks available all day in the common area. Book in advance to get a room at this beautiful property. You will be so happy you did! "

"Very good location just outside city wall. Apartment a little tired. Couldn't plug kettle in to boil in kitchen. Had to do it in bedroom. Noisy at night with people walking past even though we were on 3rd floor. No lift and on 3rd floor."

"Nice neighbourhood. You get a parking space. Public transport - €2.50 per person bus #4 to the old town (last stop). Bus stop from the apartment is a short walk up the hill, then across the road. On the way back, the bus stop is approx. 50 metres down the hill. Very convenient still. The promenade is less than 10 mins. walk away, and so are restaurants and cheap eats. Easy to find if you are driving, but bear in mind this is a narrow residential road. Everything we needed were in the apartment....
