The owner is amazing. Explained us the the area. Location is amazing. It’s 3 minutes to the beach. Grocery store 5 min. Bus to the town is 1 minute and coming back it stops literally in front of the apartment. We are making arrangements to come back next year. Reminder: since it’s and apartment please make sure you have your own shampoo, etc. Toilet paper and towels are provided. You need your own beach towels or you can get them at the local souvenir store. We love the place, rental car is on the corner.

Nikola is a very kind & helpful owner. Hd went out of his way to help us in any way he could. A very convenient location for the bus to the Old Town of Dubrovnik & the port - it stops right outside the apartment. Sunset Beach, is a beautiful location & is a 5 minute walk down the hill. It is full of restaurants, shops (clothing etc) & there is kids play equipment in the water. The sunset is superb. Supermarket is just down the lane from the apartment which was basic but had all that we needed. The beds were acomfortable & the shower hot. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. We enjoyed it very much & will always have fond memories of our stay.

Wonderful apartment in Lapad

We had a wonderful stay my wife and I at Nikola Apartments. The apartment was really big and well equipt. A big living room and bedroom. Two bathrooms with showers was really great. It was just 5 min walk to the beach and the bus stop was just outside the apartment and there was a direct bus (no 4) to Old town which took only 10 min. Close to the apartment there also was lot of restaurants and shops. Nikola our host was really kind and gave us some really good information about Dubrovnik. We stayed 4 nights and would really like to come back sometimes in the future. We would very much recommend this apartment to everyone.

Nikola is a wonderful host and the apartment is huge for two people. All the appliances were working. They have an insuite laundry and basic cooking appliances and utensils. No 4 bus is frequent and can get you to old town in 20 minutes. Nikola's airport transfer is cheaper than Uber and reliable. I would definitely stay here during my next visit.

check in時間より数時間早く到着したのですが、オーナーは快く入室させてくれました。旧市街からバスで１５分、ビーチとプロムナードが直ぐで、スーパーにも５分くらい。飲食店もその辺りにあり、立地が良いのに格安です。　 ただ、４泊だったのでタオルやシーツ等を交換してもらえなかったのは辛かった。帰りの送迎車の予約をしてもらったはずなのに来なかったので、近くのホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらいました。電話をしても通じなかったので、what`s up のアプリを入れてオーナーとやり取りが出来るようにしておけば良かったなと思います。wifiは非常に弱くあまり繋がらなかったです。

Nuestra estancia en Nikola Apartments en Dubrovnik fue excepcional. Ubicado en el tranquilo barrio de Lapad, el apartamento ofrece la combinación perfecta de cercanía a la Ciudad Vieja de Dubrovnik y un ambiente relajado. La ubicación es ideal, con fácil acceso al transporte público, restaurantes económicos y deliciosos, y hermosas playas a pocos pasos. Cada mañana disfrutamos de un café en Fashion Cafe o MaBelle Coffee Bar, acompañados de un croissant o un burek, disfrutando del ambiente local. La hospitalidad de Nikola hizo nuestra experiencia aún mejor. Desde la reserva, fue muy atento, organizando nuestro traslado desde el aeropuerto. El conductor incluso nos llevó a un mirador con vistas espectaculares de la ciudad, un detalle inesperado y encantador. Nikola nos recibió personalmente y nos dio recomendaciones útiles sobre los alrededores. El apartamento era tal cual las fotos: moderno, limpio y bien equipado. A pocos minutos a pie teníamos acceso a supermercados, restaurantes, cafés acogedores y lugares pintorescos para nadar. Recomendamos Nikola Apartments para quienes busquen una experiencia tranquila y asequible en Dubrovnik, sin sacrificar comodidad ni conveniencia. Propriedade é boa e espaçosa. Possui diversos eletrodomésticos para deixar a estadia ainda mais conveniente (máquina de lavar roupas, lava-louças, geladeira com freezer, além de ferro e tábua de passar). O espaço que nos hospedamos possuía dois andares: o de baixo com sala, cozinha e banheiro, e no segundo andar, a suíte. Tenha em mente que o espaço possui escada para acessar os dois ambientes, o que poderia ser um inconveniente para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. O proprietário Nikola nos disponibilizou uma vaga para estacionarmos o carro, o que nos foi muito conveniente visto a escassez de vagas na região para a época do ano. Ainda existem dois pontos de ônibus muito próximos que possibilitam se locomover com facilidade para Old Town. Os únicos pontos de melhoria que eu teria a acrescentar seriam: - substituir a tv por uma opção smart, o que permitiria aos hóspedes acessar seus próprios conteúdos e não apenas aos canais da tv a cabo que geralmente não tem opções de língua. - o ar-condicionado fica localizado no segundo piso, mas fora do quarto. Ele consegue climatizar a sala no calor pois o ar frio, por ser mais pesado, desce para a sala. Porém o ar frio não entra muito no quarto, o que pode deixá-lo meio quente em noites de calor.

Nicola was a great host. He met us late at night due to our flight arriving late. He gave us good directions and recommendations. The apartment was located very conveniently to the beach and the bus li e to go to the Old City. The apartment was spacious and clean. We were happy about onsite laundry and air conditioning. The apartment is not well equipped for cooking but we didn’t need it to be. We only needed the beer to be cold, and it was! Nicola even gave us a cold beer from his own fridge when we had arrived after a long travel day. I would definitely recommend Nikola’s apartment.
