Høj pris i forhold til hvad man får.

Fik ingen besked om hvordan man skulle tjekke ind. Guest house minder mere om et hostel. Beskidt, meget lille badeværelse, dårlig madras. Værelset var dog stille og havde en ok beliggenhed

Nice property close enough to town that you can walk or catch a taxi. Very nice room, clean, and with good air conditioning. I recommend this place if you are staying in Dubrovnik!

This is a lovely guest house with four rooms and a warm swimming pool 20 minutes walk from Dubrovnik Old Town and 10 minutes walk from the Port, also easily walkable to Lapad. Rooms and pool were also clean and the aircon works very well. The owners are really nice and friendly.

En arrivant à l'adresse indiquée à l'heure prévue, personne n'était là pour nous remettre les clés. Nous avons dû demander de l'aide au service clients, qui nous a donné les coordonnées pour contacter directement l'établissement. Malgré notre appel téléphonique et nos appels en direct, nous n'avons pas eu de réponse. Finalement après 30 minutes d'attente, quelqu'un est sorti et nous a remis les clés. Le studio dans lequel nous étions était petit mais assez confortable. Un problème majeur cependant, le fait que la porte de la salle de bain/toilettes ne se ferme pas ce qui fait qu'il n'y a absolument pas d'intimité possible. Un bémol aussi concernant la propreté (du frigo et de la salle de bain) ainsi que d'un manque de papier toilettes (les dernières feuilles d'un rouleau pour un séjour de 4 jours). Enfin, nous avions espoir que la piscine soit utilisable au mois de mai mais ce n'était pas le cas. Nous avons essayé de joindre l'établissement plusieurs fois durant notre séjour pour que les difficultés rencontrées puissent être résolues. En vain. C'est vraiment dommage car l'établissement est bien situé pour visiter la ville de Dubrovnik et ses alentours. Le logement mais surtout le service, pourraient être largement améliorés pour un séjour de meilleur qualité.

Ok place to stay and very affordable. It was a bit hard to know who works in there and how to get checked in and get the room and keys etc. Room was OK as I was not expecting any luxury. It was quiet and I slept well and felt safe to stay. Location is a short bus trip (or a long walk) away from the old town and tourist spots. There are stores near the apartment. Overall a budget friendly option to stay and really nothing to complain about.

I spent wonderful time in their house. Room was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep. Shower room is also clean. I didn’t swim in the pool but I wish I could have swam in the pool. All staffs are friendly. I hope I will stay the guest house again.

Hospitable owner made our day

Nice family guesthouse Very kind welcome with a coffee snack service Car park in front is expensive, street above recommended for free parking Bathroom and floor was a bit dirty but they allowed us in 2 hours earlier then check-in time so I didn't really bother it. Hey guys, one thing is important: clean the parts of ventilator please because dirt falls down when activated

Bed bugs!!! At first the property seemed like a decent valve. Things wern't the best but check in was easy, host was nice, place was nice for the price BUT then my wife woke up in the morning with many bed bug bites!! We also saw them alive as well as dead bed bugs in the bed! And blood droplets from them. Horrible!!!

Central location in the new city (old city 20-25 min walk away, hill up and down). Facilities moderate, as a budget traveler you can easily survive. Construction going on around the house, was not informed beforehand :-(

Idéalement situé à moins de 30 minutes à pied de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik et moins de 15 minutes du nouveau port. L'accueil des propriétaires à été parfait. Merci encore

In my booking, it said a patio so I was a bit confused when I was directed to a room. It doesn't matter since the room was neat and has a toilet and shower which was what i really needed. The room was just the right size, has a little fridge, a kettle and cups for coffee or tea (not provided). But there are no teaspoon to stir my hot drink and cups are not also collected/washed by the staff. Also, I dont have anywhere to clean it apart from the sink in the toilet. I go out early in the morning and go home late so I dont have anyone to speak to with my concerns nor do they have a contact number to call. I think they live there but I have seen them only once and that was when I checked in. When I checked out (7:30 am) I havent seen anyone as well, so I just left the room open and the keys on the table. I dont know if that was the right thing as they didnt give instructions but that what the other occupant did. Overall and despite that, the stay was lovely. I was comfortable with the room and having the property near a spermarket was really convenient. It was a bit of a walk going to the old town and the main bus station but I enjoyed the view.

Hôte très accueillant. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour dubrovnik Assez bien situé, à 20 min à pied de la porte pile et 10 min du port moderne pour les ferry. En point négatif, la maison est assez vétuste, nous étions dans une chambre. Et la propreté moyenne surtout dans la salle de bain qui était partagée. Pas évident ce garer gratuitement. Nois avons dû payer environ 10kn de l'heure dans un parking proche. Le sejour est très positif.

Excelente servicio

Fué una bonita exoeriencia, el lugar esta bastante bonito, cuebta con picina, la habitacion cuenta con Cocineta por lo que puedes llevar y cocinar en el lugar, nos atendieron super bien, esta cerca de comercios y hay transporte publico cerca, pues si esta un poco lejos de la ciudad amurallada, pero hay una playa preciosa muy cerca.
