"Location great, just off town center w many transit lines. Space good too, w high ceiling, clean walls, bright window, sizeable space. But as good place to unpack, wash up, sleep, all failed. Closet too small w cheap wired hangers couldn't even hold weight of coat. So didn't bother to unpack. Bathroom uses shower curtain (!), sticks to body, too short so whole floor gets wet. And sink so small that my 11inch tablet is bigger than its bottom. And not even a place to hang towel! Full sized...

"For a 5 star hotel, several items are not on par - room AC constrained to a temp setting making room too warm, housekeeping didn’t provide water on day 2, very limited breakfast selection, slow WiFi."
