Twin Pines Lodge & Cabins

Twin Pines Lodge & Cabins

10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay here! The cabin was older, but it's spacious and beds are comfortable. The shower is good and hot! And the price was reasonable. Everything was very clean. We wanted to leave a tip for the cleaning person but didn't have any cash. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜ญ But you deserve a tip and a raise! Things were spotless. Check-in was easy and the woman at the desk was friendly. The cabin had a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which were all appreciated. It is right on the main street, so it can be a little noisy, but nothing a fan or earplugs couldn't deal with. Just be warned that it's not real private and secluded. Dubois was very hot, and our cabin had no AC, so that's my only real complaint. We kept the windows and curtains closed in the day, cranked the ceiling fans in each room, stayed out longer, and put a fan in the window at night when temperatures dropped, and that helped a lot. But some nights just never cooled off. High temps outside aren't the hotel's fault, but AC would be great for times like that when it's unusually hot. But if they installed AC they'd have to charge more, so... maybe I like no AC. ๐Ÿ˜…"
