"Great hotel, fun decor, great location in relation to Dalymount Park. "

"Rooms are basic & bed was comfortable. The bathroom was poorly designed. The door basically hits the toilet when opening and closing and you can’t shower with the door open. One of the staff members was a little rude upon checking in. She seemed like the manager because she was telling the other employees what to do but was also rude/mean to them. Work place seems toxic. There was a new front desk employee helping us and she was sweet! The lounge was nice to have. There is a shuttle that takes you to the airport every 20 min. And it’s a 5 min drive which is nice and convenient. "

"Overall what a great place. Excellent transportation links and so easy for a number of different venues. Hotel restaurant and bar were great quality and great service. Rooms are well equipped and everything was thought through. One area of disappointment was front of house. I reported safe not working on arrival and still not addressed 3 days later. Reception failed to take pre charge correctly on check in then sent me an email suggesting it was my fault and I needed to address it as a matter of urgency. These issues apart would be more than happy to stay again if visiting Dublin."

"My stay at Ruby was nothing short of amazing. The staff were all wonderful from the check-in to the bartenders. The server was really quick and efficient. The drinks were bomb. The room was very clean and accommodating. Every floor has a Gallery which I used everyday. I can keep going but just know this is the place to stay."
