Pros- clean and tidy, spacious rooms and very pleasant staff. Cons- the breakfast was very poor. Lack of staff to clear tables and replace food. The food was very bland and limited choice. I would recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back.. i would just avoid the breakfast

This was a fantastic hotel in Dublin. It was right beside St Patrick’s Cathedral, which is stunningly beautiful. The staff were so kind and went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms were very clean. The area was very quiet at night. I would definitely recommend staying here if in Dublin.

The dishes in restaurant were very crusty with dirt circulating in the dishwasher. Very disappointing. I pointed it out to the staff and she said get another cup. All the dishes were like that.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and have always had a good experience. This time, however, I was disappointed. I booked through Expedia and got a good deal as I had points to put towards the cost. I was allocated a room opposite the lift. As I was only staying one night, I did not ask for room to be changed. There was a tour group staying on the same floor and they came back in small groups into the the small hours of the morning. They were not rowdy but were talking quite loudly as they came out of the lift which made it difficult to sleep. I cannot help thinking that I was given this uncomfortable room because I did not book directly with the hotel. If hotels permit their rooms to be booked through online booking companies, then they should not discriminate between customers who book directly with the hotel and those that don't. That said, this is a good hotel for anyone who wants to stay in the city centre. The staff should be particularly commended for their friendly attitude to guests.

I enjoyed my time at the Maldron Hotel. I was sick for part of the stay amd had to spend some time there. It was comfortable and friendly. I would have appreciated a more consistent ice machine, the shower was of poor design. All in all, these things would not keep me from staying there again, I promise. The staff were giod at their jobs and quite kind to us. I loved the experience.

Didn’t like that we couldn’t open a window as it was quite stuffy in the from, also my hair got caught inside hairdryer as it didn’t have a safety cover on.

Hotel was in a great location, easy to walk pretty much to all the favourite destinations. We didn’t use a taxi to go anywhere apart from to & from the airport. Hotel is on a road but wildly quiet heard no noise & is about 5 mins from a great strip of bars/pubs that are mainly locals but really good. Hotel room was ok. Bathroom could do with a good spruce up. But it was clean. Staff were lovely, bar was nice and the food. Couldn’t fault it.

We would come back!
We loved our stay, the ladies at the front desk were a little bit brisk with us, like they were in a rush when it didnt seem busy. But the room was clean, lovely comfy bed, nice view of the cathedral. We felt safe and secure and we would definitely come back

A prefect hotel for what we needed. Easily walkable to Guinness Storehouse, Grafton Street and Temple Bar. Would definitely recommend for a few nights in Dublin.

superb stay at the Maldron
wonderful view over St.Patrick's . a very positive experience out performing in every possible way a very expensive and self important hotel we stayed in central Galway city which did not respond to our negative post stay feedback. Look forward to staying in Kevin St again
