"Upon arrival we were welcomed. Every staff member we were in contact with treated us with professionalism and kindness. They all made us feel like a person would treat us like a family member. Even if it is their job they all went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. There were many restaurants to choose from and a market for any personal needs that we may have forgotten. The location of this property was a perfect for venturing out anywhere we wanted to explore. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Dubai for a long stay or passing through."

"Managers and all staff in this property are very friendly and nice. My family and I received best service. The bell person, front desk and house keeping are amazing. Also, we used a tour service stationed in the hotel and we were glad we did. Muhammad was our tour guide and he gave us superior service with down to earth attitude.
