I arrived an hour or so before check in. I didnt get his name unfortunately but the check in staff, i believe egyptian checked me in pleasantly and without fuss. I entered my studio and there i was very pleased. It was very clean and was tastefully furnished. Called and requested for a drying rack and within minutes got one. Walkable are restaurants/mashreq metro station and mall of emirates. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return back. Thank you housekeeping staff and everyone for making my stay comfortable.

Very quiet, clean and location is 6 minutes walk to the Metro making transportation easy. Staff are friendly and helpful. The areas on improvement could be getting softer beds and air conditioning stability in the room. Temperature fluctuates randomly.

I really enjoyed my stay here with my family. Staff at the hotel are very friendly. It's a quiet hotel. Rooms are spacious. No issues apart from the car park underneath it's quite tight driving in and out. Overall great experience. Thank you

Not intimidating but needs to renovate
When I arrived the ground parking is near the hotel entrance which is great but the basement parking entrance is small and you should be careful of the small space going in but the parking itself is good. The lobby is quite simple which I kind of like as it’s not intimidating but for those who like grand lobby to sit in then it’s like an office , the size of the room is very good for the rate but I’m also used to getting bigger apartment with same size and the toilet have water leak on ceiling and the apartment is quite old . I entered the room and have cooking smell which is mostly all apartment hotel I visited but they would always have the smell of cleaning and freshener but this room I think didn’t clean well and air freshener not used. The balcony is small, the male receptionist was slow and not oriented well but the female receptionist is more educated about the work. Same night I ask a housekeeper on hallway for coffee and he said to me “did you already finish it” like he meant I just checked in but already asking for second one. I love cofffee and just ate so don’t expect me to order just coffee outside when hotel have instant. So that was offensive for me and I might not come back. If I do comeback only because the hotel is not intimidating and I like quite. For the money you can find the same rate with better room and ambience. The good is outside paid parking incase you are on the run. The area is quite traffic going to main road.

You can hear all the sounds from other hotels room, you feel they stay with you in the bathroom spically, And the way to parking and the exit of it is very small, easy you can hit you car with the wall!!!

Really nice ✌️
Very friendly and amazing service. They gives us everyday new water bottles for free. The price was very nice. It was just a little bit loud in the night because of the sheikh zayed road. But all in all we really enjoyed our stay there

The location of this property is ideal! It's a 5-minute walk to the Mall, Metro Station , market and restaurants.The staff is very friendly, the check-in and out was a breeze. We stayed 4 nights. However, the property had roaches a lot of them in the room we stayed in. For the price and location, we stayed.

Nice Hotel
Great experience. Proximity is great too and my wife loved it. The staff were willing to help. A little improvement could be done on the bathrooms to prevent water from spilling out of it.

Pleasant decor, generous sized apartments. Handy location close to the mall and metro. Other restaurants nearby. We were disappointed that they didn't have any smoke free rooms. Book your taxi yourself or walk to the holiday inn 50 meters down the road. It will save you a lot.

Not recommended for families with small kids because of traffic noise. Kitchen stove was not easy to use. Car parking space was small. Not so clean as cockroach welcomed us in the master bedroom.

Wifi very slow. One of the Tv wasn't working. Please decent for those on a budget however if you look at something just a bit more expensive I believe you can have better value for your money. Not saying it was a bad place but still pretty expesincd for the value received. Wouldn't go back.

Great location.
Loved the location and watering holes 2 mins away at the Holiday Inn. Mall of the Emirates is only a 5 min walk and it's best to go through the Kempinsky hotel lobby to the mall. Friendly staff and helpful. My 1 bed apartment had an exceptionally hard mattress and sometimes there was a smell of the drains from the bathroom. Just check as soon as you get into the room. It was not bad enough to request a room change as I was only there for a very short stay. I would use the view again.

Just needed to spend 2 nights over in Dubai - was great to be close to Mall of Emirates for shopping and food, and appartment offered reasonable, clean accommodation. There were 3 of us and room was adequate for us all to stay in.
