The staff were amazing and helpful. Sandee ,the maintenance guy was so nice and helpful (made us laugh a lot) definitely coming back!!! The room was clean and nice also they had everything we needed.

Reception staffs are not welcoming. I had come across Rahil khan & Divya, both were unprofessional, Specially Rahil around 21.15 on 24/11 found him cleaning his nose with both hands on the Reception desk, Disgusting behavior. Housekeeping team and room service team very amazing.

Warm welcome

Check in staff very helpful and friendly (Ejaz, in particular). Lunch in the cafe was very nice. The in-hotel perfume shop helpful and it was fun to smell all the different fragrances. Hotel is very well located for the excellent Dubai Metro.

The staff were really a gem! Special thanks to Ms. Karem for assisting us and making sure that everything is smooth. Thanks too to Mr. Pradip. Location is good which is around 10-15 mins to the airport by taxi. Rooms are spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Everything was good. But even it’s 4 star hotel they don’t have microwave in room. Parking is not included it’s AED30 for each day. breakfast is good but there isn’t have any meat option. Good staffs, easy shopping area there are lots of shopping mall shops. Near to visit places. 15-20 minutes drive for any visit place
