We spent multiple hours of our day trying to find the hotel. The pin is not correct on expedia. No one cared. After about an hour we found the first pin, and then it took 2 hours to get to the proper location of the hotel. No one cared one bit. I chatted with expedia help, they said sorry, but not one took any responsibility. Hotel is safe if in a group but I would not suggest a woman to stay there alone.

Due to the floods I couldn’t get a parking in the property, they said there is no way to get into the building ant the same time hotel didn’t let me cancel the booking. There was no way I could get into it for stay. I request for a refund.

Wrong location. I booked it based on the location being in AlMuhaisna DXB. Went there but found nothing. I phoned the hotel and was told it's in AlMuraqabat, about 21km from the location mentioned in Expedia. I couldn't cancel. It's bad service and staff knew about it but nobody cared to correct it.

Would not recommend

My first room had bed bugs! The staff were extremely nice and gave me a different room on a different floor. This room didn't have bugs but it was run down. Holes in the wall. Mold in the air ducts and ceiling. The shower didn't drain properly due to the floors not leveled correctly. If you have other options explore those. If not, pray you don't get any of the rooms i had.

very bad. dirty carpet all over the floor with lots of stains your feet get black from walking on it. the toilet gets clogged every day. when you shower the water goes all over the toilet floor also around the toilet. the people working at the reception don't smile and no one helped us get our luggage up to the room but when we were going to leave I had to ask them to do it several times. We were also two adults and only got one card and when we asked if someone could unlock it because one of us was at the center, she said the lady just go upstairs and didn't help so we got help from the guy who cleaned the rooms to open it. I forgot to see the reviews and stayed there many days
