This property was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean, as it is only a little over a year old. Overall, it was a great stay; however, it is somewhat distant from the city and main attractions.

Check in wasn’t the best there was a mistake through Expedia but they delayed me for long. The manager was kind he offered breakfast for two for two days. Was happy with my stay. Location isn’t the best there isn’t much to do BUT close to nice places like global village so definitely worth it.

I was given a bed as hard as stone and the extra charge was unreasonable. Reception staff behind the desk were rude and did not have communication skills. No fitness or swimming facilities as they may advertise. The porters and the cleaning personale were kind and offered my family good service specially mr Shahzad.
