Efficient and friendly welcome on arrival

The staff at Reception were very efficient and helpful, especially Nicole who checked me in. I was attending a conference at the World Trade Center, so it so so convenient to pass directly from the hotel to the WTC.

Fab time in Dubai

The service is brilliant the staff are always happy to help. The location is good with the metro nearby. The breakfast is the same everyday nothing much to it. Overall it’s a good clean hotel.
