The staff went the extra mile to make sure we had the perfect stay. The rooms were big and clean. The free navette to the beach club and the burn Khalifa were extremely appreciated. Breakfast was great. We had an amazing time and we will definitely come back.

The hotel itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff who consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel valued. Check-in was seamless thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk team, and throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the attentiveness and care shown by everyone on staff. Whether I had questions, needed recommendations, or required assistance, they were always ready to help with genuine smiles and a willingness to go the extra mile. A special shout-out to the amazing security team—they were always present, polite, and made me feel safe and well looked after at all times. Their discreet professionalism does not go unnoticed. We stayed at the Hyde for 5d4n. Had a magical stay. The views of the Burj Khalifa from our balcony was amazing! Had booked a Burj Khalifa view: stayed in Room 1612. Staff was friendly and kind, breakfast buffet options were pretty good, location was strategic: getting to tourist spots was more or less 15-25 minutes drive from uber/taxi. Supermarket nearby a minute or two walk away from the hotel. Amenities were great! Received 4 daily bottled water (free upon request) and a welcome box of chocolates. Family friendly. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you Hyde Hotel Dubai for this wonderful stay!
