Never again this place is not a family place. It’s filled with cockroaches, bedbugs and who know what. Bathroom were not cleaned and did not provide anything not even water or soap. Will not recommend to anyone

Excellent location for a stroll near the corniche with a ferry ride or a subway/metro ride. There aren't many grocery stores though near by, unfortunately. Hotel is clean, and staff is friendly. Will stay again.

Mixed experience: - The whole of Al Ras appears to have a mild cockroach problem, likely because it's a working port. - The laundry service (a) discarded my laundry bag; and (b) wrote my room number in indelible ink on the inside of my shirt collars. They were beautifully ironed, but... - The area is the pre-1960 oyster-diving village, and it shows! Narrow windy laneways, low-rise buildings, souks and individual merchants all over the place. The nearby dhow wharfage is a working port, and the tenants in the ground floor of the hotel are merchants trading grains and spices. - The room was spacious and comfortable. - The staff were friendly and helpful.

1.Not friendly staff (seems like the staff work on the hotel is not "hotel educated", they are only common labor. 2. While we ask for taxi, they will call private transportation, worst then Dubai Taxi, and the price will be 4,5 times expensive to normal Dubai's taxi 3. No parking at the hotel, we need to pay private parking on the basement of the hotel, and its expensive.

This hotel is good if you need a simple overnight stay. It offers nothing. You have to request towels. It has a bed, shower and toilet. The kitchen has no dishes nor a stove. If you need a place to sleep for the night, this is ok, its only 8 min from airport and cheap.

This hotel was really bad it was bad organised, people weren't responsible for cleaning the room. The minute we were going to the the room there's was a rat that came out of the room, it was a very bad and horrible situation to be in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

So disgusting and disappointing.
The place is untidy and the sheets are smelly (like a dog has been lying there) the bed had a lot of bed bugs and there were gross semen leftovers on the bedrest and closet. All of the things are creaking and all were broken doors on the cabinets which is also dirty and rusty. The environment around it also doesn’t feel safe. As a tourist, I would not recommend this place, and they don’t give refunds. I wish they will give my money back.

Terrible hotel and terrible management
Accepted our booking however when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that no rooms are available and they turned us away despite already accepting our booking online. Looks old and dirty from the outside, reception is bad with a foul smell. No WiFi available at the reception.

If you want drama in your trip this is the hotel you would book. Arrived at the hotel and you were told there is no room although you have a good reservation. They prepared the room on the stop and had you wait for 1 hour. They took you to a crappy room where you would be bitten by tons of bed bugs all night long. You pretty much busy fighting the bed bugs all night and red bumps everywhere on your body. Crazy hotel.

Horrible hotel. Very bad staff and receptionist
The hotel is shabby and specially the receptionist got no clue how to handle the guests. I had a 7 day reservation pre paid and when i reached hotel, the receptionist informed that they do not have any intimation and just asked me to look for some other hotel or contact the booking site. I showed them all payment details and at last i had to wait for 5 hours to get one room. Absolutely bad hotel

I like the price but unfortunately in this case it was no bargain. You really got what you paid for. I had a room that didn't even work. The employee said it was for the lights only and he had to let me in with the master key.
