We thank you for taking the time to share your experience at the hotel especially since you were not happy with part of our services. Whilst we certainly regret the frustration you have been through, we will not deviate from the instructions received from the local authorities specially the ones related to safety and security. Our Reception staff went at length to explain the procedures that are required by law and under no circumstances we can check-in a customer without the mandatory identification papers that are requested by the authorities. It is certainly not in our interest to disappoint any of our customers but when it comes to their own safety, we must apply the law. Thank you for your understanding! Best regards,
