They did not honor my Expedia price. Charged me way more lies and said my stay was booked for the next day instead of my booked day. Then proceeds to tell me I didn't book their hotel because there's is the fortune grand but next time he'll give me a discount. The pictures of the hotel were the same as the Expedia pics and he found my booking with my name So sketchy all together paid and checked out 15 mins layer loud music from club downstairs and Didn't even receive a refund. NEVER AGAIN !

Nice and clean.
Dejligt ophold. Stort rent værelse med en god seng. Uovertruffen service hele vejen igennem fra et flinkt og smilende personale. God WiFi. 1 km gang til Union (den centrale) Metro station. Nice stay in a large and clean room with a great bed. Excellent service from a nice and smiling staff. Great WiFi. Busses just outside the door and 10 min walk to the Union (central) Metro Station.

A place to "crash"
Hotel was fine as a place to "crash" but it held no other real plusses, other than it's surrounded by good Asian restaurants and Deira felt more like a mix of Delhi and Manila that UAE, which made it interesting and pleasant.

Mujra (bar) on ground floor. Music whole night
There are 2 dance bars (mujra) on ground floor. The music was so loud it even passed through and vibrated through the concrete floors. Went at midnight to complain the lobby but they said they cant do anything. Suffered the loud music whole night and left away at dawn! Don't go here

This hotel was in a good location to the City Mall and airport. The service and people were nice, but the condition of the interior and cleanliness was very poor. They have bugs also.

Staff very pleasing and helpful, Reception in particular. Water heater was disconnected so I had to take two cold showers at 6:30 am. Cleaners didn't use the vacuum in the rub, full of dust and all kinds of other things. There is a Night club that will keep you awake and dancing all night till 4:30 am or the neighbors having a family discussion. If I didn't have a conference to attend nearby I'll have booked myself out of it.

Worth a stay
We stayed here as a stop off for a week its suitable for this. Metro and bus/coach station 10min away. Wifi breakfast dinner food etc available at a cost. Free wifi at a mall 5min walk away. Plenty places to eat. The hotel has a club ground floor, ideal to stay on top floor noise free. Staff at hotel were brilliant friendly etc. it's not a 5star but it's good enough.

This hotel is a definitely a no go. I thought I was going to catch a disease from the bathroom; the ventilation is non existent so the room stinks all the time. The pillows were dirty. There is a night club downstairs and could barely slept from the noise. Situated on a busy road, so can get a the cars going by.

One Night Stay!
2 Star Hotel. Shower enclosure had been removed. After taking a shower, there was water all over the bathroom floor. Took too long to check in. Manager was good and allowed for extended check out time since my arrival was late at night.Keep in mind they have nightclub downstairs. It was quiet in my room on 2nd floor nonetheless.

Good hotel for the price.
The location was great since it's in the middle of the city. Unfortunately, Fortune Deira was undergoing construction while I was there. I arrived early for check-in, 11am and the hotel staff got me a room on the 1st floor and they offered to move me to the 3rd later on in the evening when the top floors were ready around 2pm. They warned me that it was very noisy on the 1st floor late at night due to bar kareoke downstairs. They were right. It was good of them to warn me, however I was too lazy to move after I unpacked my stuff. I don't really blame them for the noise, they did warn me afterall. The thing that got to me was the smell of the room because I know for certain someone had smoked in there even though it was a non-smoking room. I opened the window to help the stench. Turning on the AC made it worse so I turned it off. Another thing that was questionable was the shower. It really wasn't a shower with walls.. in fact it had no walls, just a square tile floor where you were supposed to stand and use the moveable spray nozzle. I was worried about splashing the water all over the place... It was really odd.. but maybe it's not the culture there to have bathtubs or shower walls. I'm very tolerant. Overall it was an okay stay. The hotel attendants at the front were great. I'm not sure if this is a thing but whenever I got in line they told people to wait and served me first. I think they're suppose to serve females first in their culture.

hello everyone I would like to say about my horrible night in ever i love traveling but at first of all All night i couldnt sleep all night thanks for below my floor was club or bar i dont know all night until morning was loud music and they charged me more than web site said plus i chose 2 adult people they charged me 40 $ even second person just come my room help me my bags. Wifi was not free i paid even for that too. even not free water for drink in my room. glass was dirty I just dont advice nobody stay there

no iron in the room. Hotel staff was very nice and appropriate. we had some discrepancy in price as Hotel.com showed the price for 2 nights and including taxes but by the time you finish booking the price went up (which was the issue of the booking site not the hotel). They were polite and patient to explain everything. should have been cheaper than what we paid for.

About 4-5 blocks from metro. Price was good. Near plenty of stores. Construction only a slight iritant A room on the first floor over the South Indian Nightclub is totally not desirable. The band plays into the wee hours making sleeping a challenge.
